Smiling desk staff, spacious family room, convenient location for public transportation, exquisite breakfast, comfortable beds.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and some great local cafes and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, always available to provide information and help with any request. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the shower was really good.

The neighbourhood around the hotel could be a bit rough at night, with some homeless people and street dealers in the area. , there was some noise that could be heard from outside the hotel and from neighbouring rooms which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Spending New Year's at the hotel was a great experience. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of pastries and fresh fruits offered. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to public transportation and local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit small and some areas showed signs of lack of maintenance. the neighborhood did not feel very safe, especially at night.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel's central location - it was close to everything that was happening with us. Additionally, the breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from.

It was convenient staying at this hotel, located near the city center, with a few bistro style restaurants just a few doors down. We were able to take public transportation easily to reach various tourist spots. The breakfast was acceptable and sufficient, with a variety of traditional pastries, fruits, and coffee. We could see a polluted park in front of the window, and the exterior of the furniture was in good shape.

The staff lacked proficiency in English and the neighborhood was quite dangerous at night.
